FOR LICENSED FINAL EXPENSE AGENTS

Real TV calls. In your headset.

A real person watched a final expense ad on TV and picked up the phone. One second later they are talking to you. You did not dial. You did not chase. You said hello.

WHERE YOUR CALLS COME FROM

Connected TV. Not a list. Not a lead.

Nobody was called. Nobody filled in a form weeks ago. They saw it on TV today and they dialled today.

They see your ad on TV.

Sitting on the couch. Streaming a show. A final expense ad plays.

They pick up and call.

They want it. Nobody chased them. They made the call themselves.

You are already talking.

About one second later. No ring. No press 1. Just hello.

NO FORM FILL. EVER.

Nobody sold their name before they called you.

They saw the ad and dialed. No form, no survey, no lead captured first. You are the first person they talk to.

WHAT WE TAKE

  1. 1They see the ad
  2. 2They dial the number
  3. 3They reach a live agent

WHAT WE NEVER TAKE

  1. ×A form fill or survey first
  2. ×The lead gets sold again
  3. ×Chargeback. Cancellation.

Nobody captured their name before they called you, so nobody has it to sell. Nobody calls them next month with a cheaper policy. That is how chargebacks and cancellations stop.

WHAT THEY WERE TOLD

Nobody was promised anything free. If they were, you do not pay.

We read every ad before it runs. No free coverage. No government program. No Social Security. If an ad says any of that, the source does not send us calls.

NEVER

  • A form fill, survey or lead capture before the call
  • Search traffic
  • Free coverage
  • Government program
  • Social Security sponsored
  • A benefit you already qualify for
  • Anything that hides that this is life insurance somebody pays for

ALWAYS

  • Say it is life insurance, funeral coverage or final expense
  • Say there is a price
  • Use plain numbers a person can repeat
  • Every creative sent to us before it runs

THIS IS THE KIND OF LANGUAGE WE WANT

“Up to $25,000 for as low as $2 per day.”

or

“Up to $50,000 for a few dollars a day.”

So the person on your call already knows it is insurance, and already knows they pay for it.

So you never start a call by correcting a lie.

They already know it is life insurance. They already know there is a price. You get to talk about what fits them instead of spending the first thirty seconds putting out a fire somebody else lit.

And when one slips through anyway, you still do not pay for it. A caller who was told it was free, or who turns out to be over age 85, is credited back to us by the source. We credit it to you, and it comes off your bill.

WHY THESE CALLS ARE DIFFERENT

The best source gets the calls first.

Sources are ranked by how their calls really convert. The best one is first in line. The weakest one is last. Under 20 percent and it is switched off, for good.

  1. 1st Best converting source Gets the first call. Gets the most volume.
  2. 2nd Next best Gets what is left.
  3. Last Weakest source Last in line. Every time.
  4. OFF Under 20% Turned off. Sends nothing.

Measured on every $1,000 spent with a source.

WHY WE DO IT THIS WAY

I am an agent. I take these calls myself, on the same screens, every day.

No agent should lose money, go into debt, or end up looking for another job because of our marketing. So the weak sources go, even when it costs us volume.

That is why the word is Selective.

TESTED

We run it first.

A TV source does not reach you until we have taken its calls ourselves and seen what they do.

RANKED

Best first, always.

Every source is scored every day. The one that converts best is the one sending you calls.

CUT

Weak ones go.

No warning letter. No quarter to turn it around. They stop sending calls.

THE SHORT VERSION

Four things you get. That is it.

1

TV calls

They called you.

2

No ring

Straight into your headset.

3

Your states

Only where you are licensed.

4

One bill

At night. Every call listed.

01

One button, and a ten second check before it.

You work in Chrome on a computer with a headset. There is one huge round button. Grey means Off. Green and breathing means Ready. Amber means a call is on its way to you right now.

Every single time you go Ready, a ten second check runs first. A tone plays and you confirm you heard it. A live meter proves your microphone is working. Your phone line registers. No pass, no Ready.

  • A bad headset never costs you a call, and never costs a caller one either.
  • We keep a heartbeat with your browser every five seconds. If your tab dies, your laptop sleeps or your internet drops, you go Off within seconds and no call is sent to you.
  • Coaching tips sit under the button while you wait.

02

The call lands. There is no ring.

When a caller is transferred to you, the call drops straight into your headset with a soft connected tick. You start talking. That is it.

No ringtone. No press 1. No accept button. No hold music. No voicemail. No IVR. Ever.

  • The call only counts as answered once your browser has actually connected, so a caller is never handed to an empty line.
  • One call at a time. Enforced by the app's own state machine, not by hoping.
  • Down, slow, unknown or unclear all mean not available. Losing a call is acceptable. Connecting a caller to nobody is not.

03

A duration you can see, and a number you cannot rush.

A big timer ring fills as the call runs, and flips green the moment the call reaches its duration. That is the qualified call point. You can see it coming.

The caller's phone number stays hidden until the duration is reached. That is enforced on the server, not hidden in the page, so nobody can cut a call short to harvest numbers. It protects the call sources, and protecting the sources is what keeps volume flowing to everyone.

  • You see the caller's state from the second the call lands.
  • The hang up button is always in the same place.

04

Your script sits right beside the live call.

The team script is formatted the way a person actually reads it on a call: SAY THIS and ASK THIS rows, with colored section banners so you never lose your place.

  • The call card, the timer and the hang up button stay pinned while you scroll the script.
  • The script is edited in the admin with versions, so you are always reading the current one.
  • A Script tab lets you study it any time you are not on a call.

05

A wrap up you cannot skip, in two taps.

When a call ends you are locked on one question: What happened? Eleven answers, always in the same place on the screen, so your hand learns them.

Sold · Follow Up Scheduled · Spanish · Hung Up · No One on Line · Cannot Afford · Not Interested · Carrier Declined · Already has insurance · Over age 80 · Over age 85

  • Tap, then confirm. Two taps, always, so a slip never records the wrong thing.
  • Sold asks for annual premium, carrier from a list, and plan type: Level, Graded or GI.
  • No caller personal data is collected, ever, by design.
  • An optional What were they watching? box feeds channel reporting.
  • After the wrap up you are Off until you press Ready again, so nobody gets flooded and every call gets a clean finish.
  • You can go back in My Calls and change a disposition later. Every report follows the change.

Your states. Your caps. Changed by you, in the app.

You tap the states you are licensed in. One tap per state. We write those states into the routing platform automatically and verify the change went through, with a before and after record every single time.

No spreadsheets. No emailing a list to anybody and waiting.

  • Routing matches the caller's state to agents licensed in that state.
  • Calls are split fairly between equal agents by who has waited longest.
  • Your daily, weekly and monthly caps are respected, on Pacific time.
  • An out of state caller is refused at the ping, instantly, so a call for one state never wastes your slot.

Numbers that are yours, and only yours.

Your Dashboard shows calls taken, qualified calls, Sold, annual premium written, total spent, cost per policy and average premium per sale. Date range chips across the top.

Every tile shows your cost per acquisition, so you can see what is actually working for you instead of guessing.

  • Disposition bars, your policy list, your best day, your billable streak.
  • Nothing about other agents, nothing about call sources, nothing about the operator's costs.

08

Every call you ever took, with the timings.

My Calls holds every call you have ever taken and everything the app knows about it: rang at, answered at, ended at, seconds to answer, who hung up, the disposition and the premium if it sold.

  • Private notes on any call, for you.
  • The caller's number is shown only once that call had reached its duration.

09

A bill you can actually read.

Your card is saved through Stripe's own secure box. Our servers never see or store a card number.

One charge each evening after 7 PM Pacific, for that day's qualified calls, at the frozen price of each call. The Stripe description and the Billing tab itemize it per call: time, connected time, duration, price, total.

  • Short calls and credited calls are listed as not on this bill, so you can see they were not charged.
  • Receipts by email. CSV and PDF whenever you want them.
  • A single call can be credited. It then drops off every report and your cost everywhere, under one rule.
  • A failed card puts you on hold until a new card is saved and the charge goes through. No surprise debt.
  • The Billing tab shows your card, every charge and your signed agreement.

Signed in two minutes. One link to start.

The agreement is signed inside the app with a typed name and a saved PDF on both sides. Every acceptance keeps who, when, the typed name, the IP and the browser.

New agents come in through one link: terms, name, email, password, phone, states, agreement, card. We finish the phone line and turn you on.

  • If a new version of the agreement is issued, everyone signs again before their next Ready.

THE RATE CARD

Request prices and durations.

Prices and durations are not posted in public. Tell us who you are and you get the current rate card back the same day.

I am

We use this to send you numbers and nothing else. No list, no resale.
